The “Masarat” initiative is embodied in a sustainable and innovative business model, which aims to empower beneficiaries with knowledge to play their role in comprehensive development for the entire community through a set of key factors:

The idea is to create distinct, open-access educational content that allows teachers to transmit this content successfully and with high quality to beneficiaries. Thanks to careful advance preparation of each process, teaching can be replicated and applied effectively on a large scale, even without a teacher. This enhances business continuity and knowledge diffusion.

Goals

  • Provide free online education at all levels (primary and secondary) for Syrian students.
  • Offer free academic advising and scholarships for Masarat high school graduates.
  • Deliver free professional training, focusing on remote work careers.
  • Facilitate extracurricular activities to help students discover and develop their talents and skills.

The educational process is delivered by experienced educators who teach approved curricula to Syrian students in their locations.
A team of academics and experts from the Arab world enriches the educational content.
Volunteer consultants, engineers, technicians, trainers, administrators, and media professionals also contribute to the program.
